How do I use the website?
We designed our website to flow similar to how most current websites function. To start off, chose a category that best describes the product you are looking for. Once you have choosen a category there will be more filters that will allow you to narrow the search. If you need to go back one step simply click the link above the filter you just clicked or use your browsers "back" button. We also have a search feature to help if you have part numbers or item description. When will my items ship?
We try to ship all UPS orders received by 4pm on the same day, USPS orders typically ship next day. Some items are drop shipped from our suppliers to speed up the delivery process.
What happens if there is a back ordered item on my order?
In the event we have to back order an item for you there will be NO additional shipping charges to get the back ordered item to you. We strive to keep back orders to a minimum but it does happen.
What if I order the wrong item? Is there a restocking fee?
We never charge a restocking fee, all we ask is that the item is returned in it's original packaging
